Delivery Areas
We currently ship within the Philippines only. International shipping is not yet available, but stay tuned!
Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.

Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at standard rate. Free shipping may apply during promos or on qualifying minimum orders — check our homepage for current offers.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to follow your package’s journey.
Failed Deliveries
If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability, we’ll reach out to reschedule. Additional fees may apply for repeated delivery attempts.
